BREAKFAST #1: Chia Seed Banana Pudding

Chia Seed Banana Pudding Hi there! Today I want to share an easy, healthy & tasty breakfast recipe. Those around me may know that I'm really into finding healthy and delicious food, however, I am no cooking expert, and I can barely put a full-on meal on the table, so all these recipes I put on my blog is fairly easy, trust me, if I can do it, you can too!

 

I love chia seeds, not only they are so good for your body, they also create an interesting texture. As you may know, most chia seed puddings require to make it the night before and leave it refrigerated overnight. Tho I still do that, I sometimes find myself craving a different taste the next morning. So I decided to twist the classic chia seed pudding to a simpler fruity version, which I can hit the kitchen as soon as I leave my bed. (You might find that my recipe comes with high level of fruits, thats because I really love their natural sweetness, feel free to make adjustments!)

Healthy Breakfast Choice: Chia Seed Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 tea spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of berries & chopped strawberries
Instructions
  1. Chop the banana and push/smash it with a fork
  2. Mix in the yoghurt & chia seeds
  3. Top on the blueberries & strawberries (make it look pretty!)
  4. Serve!
