Hello October! I can't believe its been exactly one month since I moved to London. Time does fly! If you guys remember, i've posted articles about my recent favourite, here. And today, I've decided to make it a regular series. So that not only I get to show the cool stuff I found over the month, and some of you can also share yours below the comment area? how's that?
Okay, so here I am today..sharing my 'September Favourites', and I hope you will find it interesting!
1.Miu Miu The First Perfume
When it comes to perfumes, I've never been an adventurer (yeah..shame on me). Most of the time I'll just find one I really like and probably stick with it for the next one year or so. I've been a loyal customer of Jo Malone & Joie for ages. But while I was spending my time around walking (and shopping..I have to admit) in London, I keep on seeing these huge ads of the latest Miu Miu Perfume. I gave it a try..and I am so in love! It smells pretty special, kind of in between of a floral and nature scent. (I really recommend giving it a try if you happen to see it in a store, you have to smell it yourself!). Plus, the bottle is so cute, goes perfectly as a chic home decor!
2. Kusmi BB Detox Tea
As you guys might know from my instagram (@mstiffany.yang), I'm quite a foodie! So I tend to drink detox tea pretty often, to flush out all that cake and ice cream. Though lets be honest, most detox tea doesn't taste that good..well, except for the ones from Kusmi Tea! This one actually taste amazing, its very fruity (I think it contains grapefruit & lemon). You don't even have to feel like your detoxing anymore, in fact, its just like an indulging evening tea session, yum!
3. & Other Stories Black Marble Ring
When I moved to London, to visit & other stories store was one of my 'must dos'. I've been hoping to see their accessory collections for ages, and now I've finally got the chance. Ever since I got this black marble ring, I've been getting so many complements! Its a very simple ring, but the marble really gives it texture. And the colour combination goes with every outfit. I've been wearing it almost everyday, and I'm planning to keep doing so!
4.Makers form East London
The one thing I love about London is the endless great bookshops, and the unlimited art resources. 'Makers from East London' is the very first book I bought from London. It showcases so many interesting stories of creators from almost every field, and inspiring, of course. The book itself is pretty big, so basically I only read it before bed. One story a time, so indulging.
5. A.P.C. Ankle Cow Boy boots
I've been a big fan of A.P.C for a long while. I love their simplicity, most of their runway outfits suits our everyday life perfectly well. And the quality very good, too. I love this pair of boots in particular, because unlike my other biker boots which are more edgy and boyish, this one is actually pretty subtle, and the cute fur in it brings a hint of feminine, don't you think. I reckon this pair is definitely going to be one of my favourite winter/fall boots for the season.
I'm so happy right now, because this is the first post I shoot in my new apartment. You can't see much details yet, but its much brighter than my old apartment in Australia, so the editing part was much easier. If you're a blogger or a photographer, you'll get what I mean. Natural light is probably the most important thing! Anyways, I'm off for now, and I will be back soon with more updates from London :)
