Let's Dress Up for Valentine's Day
Actually, let's just stay home and have pizza with wine.
I love you ten times more than I love cheese-is probably something I'll put down on my Valentine's day note. Which for me, is a very high credit. How do you ladies like to spend Valentine's Day? Back in Australia, we use to spend the night at a casual Italian diner, with DVD and wine at home afterwards. The perfect date. I mean...Duh, wine & pizza, what else can a girl ask for? Okay, perhaps a Chloé Hudson Bag from Farfetch. Jokes aside, when I look back, it is the countless moments that Travis is willing to hand over the remote control and re-watch 'The Proposal' again with me made me felt like the luckiest girl on the planet. Anyways, for the sake of this day of chocolate and flowers, here's two Valentine's day outfits from Farfetch chosen by yours truly.
Come to think of it, I never actually dressed up for Valentine's Day. Wait, let me rephrase, I mean I never wore a dress on Valentine's Day. I was always the girl who's up for bowling, pizza and movie nights. Oh, and the one who got carried away with her black essentials. By essentials, I mean bomber jacket, leather pants and biker boots. I personally prefer fun outfits with tweaks of attitude. I think it is the outfit you feel most comfortable in that makes you effortlessly beautiful.
Men are notoriously harder to buy for, at least for me. I always ended up buying something I want him to wear, or even, something I want to wear. Like the Larsson & Jennings Watch or Dolce Gabbana T-shirt, I'd be lying if I say I don't secretly want them in my closet. As for the leather bomber jacket, I think dressing up similarly with your significant other on a special day is so much fun. If I'm being honest, it works a lot better than actual couple t-shirts. Lastly, a customised My Swear sneakers would probably be the best idea. It takes approximately 6 week, but trust me, it will not disappoint.
There you have it, my interoperation of casual V-day's outfits from the current Farfetch pieces. I hope you enjoyed my picks. Time to go to bed, and wishing you all a great Valentine's Day ahead!x
